If the following doesn’t answer all of your
rental questions, or if you would like to book an even reservation, please contact our event

You can rent either theatre for just $60/hr.
OR
$80/hr to rent BOTH!!!!
(Yup, the whole
enchilada)
Whether it is for a birthday party, a business conference, a dance
recital, awards ceremony, graduation, or a televised sporting event, you can
host your gathering here.
Our digital multi-media capabilities allow us to offer you
virtually unlimited flexibility for your entertainment and presentation
needs.
There is NO additional charge for the use of our
multi-media
system.
If you wish to have a private screening of whatever feature
film we
have in-house, we are REQUIRED to charge our standard admission for each
person attending.
You and your friends can get together for a DVD marathon and watch
those directors-cut / special edition features on the big screen as they
were meant to be seen.
(Manager's note: DVD’s actually look better than
films…and that’s cool stuff!)
Watch the play-offs, the Oscars, or the New Years ball-drop. Bring
a video tape of your kids latest game or academic event. Bring a video game
to play on our Playstation 2 console, or rent one from the gigantic
selection at the VideoStation
(800
Mallard Lane)…the fourth largest selection of video titles in the COUNTRY).
Do you have a computer game on your personal computer that you’d
like to play on our big screen with 13,000 watts of sound and a sub-woofer
the size of a small car?
Perhaps you have a business meeting or training session that would
benefit from our capabilities.
All this , at your disposal for $60/hr!!!
(Manager's note: A big screen TV has a diagonal dimension of 42”.
A REALLY big screen TV has a diagonal dimension of up to 62”. OUR screen
has a diagonal dimension of over 500”…not that we’re bragging or
anything…)
What is
involved:
Our
rental rate is $60/hour.
We
require a $60 deposit to place your reservation and lock-in the date/time.
At the conclusion of your event, this deposit can then be applied towards
the total at the end of your party.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable
since it blocks a date.
We allow
some outside food (birthday cakes, pizza, etc) but ask that nothing be
brought in that we can provide through our concessions area since that is
where we make our money.
We keep our concession prices a low as possible
and even offer a special combo-price for parties.
We have
a 4’ and an 8’ table available for your use and you can provide table
coverings and decorations to fit the tone of your event. You may come in
and do your set-up/decorations 30 minutes prior to your reservation start
time – no charge for this 30 minute preparation time.
Events
cannot be scheduled in conflict with our scheduled showtimes for public
features
(studios don’t
like getting bumped).
That
means that we can schedule parties any day of the week so-long as the party
wraps up at least 1 hour prior to the start time of the first public
showing. That gives us time to clean-up and set-up for our regular movie.
We
strongly recommend booking at least a month in advance to assure the best
availability of dates. If a deposit is in place, that date is booked.
If you
provide family photos in an electronic format (disk, portable drive, etc) we
will gladly run a slideshow of your photos before and after your event
…big-time baby pictures… recitals, sports, family reunions, past birthdays…
etc. etc.
